Another fast tough workout for you!

It’s time for another workout post! For more info, pictures and explanation, you’ll have to be part of the 5 week program 😉

Sam and I tested this one yesterday and we’re both feeling our quads; so I dare to say it’s a fast yet decent workout. The WOD took us both around 8 minutes 40 seconds, and I’m generally on the slower spectrum, so for the strong folks this could take around 6 minutes, but it will be very fast and very difficult 6 minutes. Take no breaks, do quick transitions, try as hard as you can.

Home PaleoFit workout #1

Every week I’ll be posting a workout that you can do at home once you are through our 5 week program. These exercises can be pretty tough, so make sure you are able to do everything in our 5 week PaleoFlip program first.  The only thing you need is a pair of adjustable dumbbells (or a few different pairs of dumbbells). Adjust your weight as needed, go as heavy as you can but make sure to get through the workout.
